A buyer decides to send the next BOM to the same supplier for a simple reason: every earlier order matched what was promised. The part number was correct, availability was described honestly, differences in alternatives were raised early, and there was a named contact and a clear basis for follow-up if something went wrong.
Kewei Technology is built for repeat business. We care more about whether a customer will come back with the next requirement than whether we can close a single order.
A quotation should remove ambiguity
A formal quotation should state the full part number, manufacturer, package, quantity, target date code, tax treatment, MOQ, lead time and packaging. Reference prices and availability shown on the website can change; the written quotation confirmed by sales governs the order.
A lower headline price is not useful if tax, freight, packaging or date-code requirements were left out and have to be renegotiated later. Clear terms let the buyer compare properly and reduce the chance that both sides understand a different order.
Market availability is not the same as our own stock
A public market listing is evidence of a possible supply source. It does not mean that Kewei already holds the parts in its own warehouse, and it does not lock the quantity, date code or price. We keep those meanings separate. We state only the quantity, lot, packaging and shipping window that have actually been confirmed.
Do not call an alternative equivalent just because it looks close
A similar part number or package does not guarantee a safe replacement. Voltage rating, tolerance, temperature drift, pinout, timing, gate-drive conditions, thermal design and lot differences can all change the result. Kewei explains the basis for an alternative and the parameters that still require verification, then leaves the engineering decision with the customer.
If the original part solves the problem, there is no reason to take a risk on something that merely looks similar. A useful alternative discussion makes the differences visible instead of hiding them behind the word compatible.
After delivery, records and agreed terms matter
Delivery is not the end of an order. Quotation terms, part number, quantity, date code, packaging and agreed documents should leave a record that both sides can check. If the delivered goods differ from the confirmed specification or lot, the quotation, contract and agreed terms govern the response. If third-party testing is required, the test scope, laboratory and cost allocation are agreed first.
We do not pretend that problems never happen. We do commit to handling them under terms that were made clear before the order, rather than leaving the buyer to reconstruct an answer from scattered messages.
Customer feedback is published only with permission
Real customer feedback matters, but customer names, conversations, order screenshots and reviews belong to the customer. Without explicit permission, we do not use them in marketing. We do not invent reviews, sales volumes, transaction values or brand relationships.
A reputation cannot be self-declared. It is built when customers choose to ask again, send a more complex BOM, or recommend the supplier because the process created less work for them.
What Kewei Technology wants to be known for is straightforward: transparent quotations, honest availability language, alternatives explained before risk is hidden, and documented follow-up when an order needs attention. Doing each order clearly is more useful than saying trust us a hundred times.
Kewei's take: what this means for procurement
A supplier's reputation should be backed by clear quotations, honest availability language, documented commitments and a workable process when something needs attention.
