Three speed tiers. Up to 50 lines with clear part numbers, brands and packages: 2–4 hours. 100–500 lines with some cross-referencing needed: same working day (Monday–Saturday, 9:00–18:00). EOL parts, fixed date codes, brand authorisation letters or third-party test reports: up to 24 hours, because stock has to be checked or samples sent for testing. We quote the confirmed lines first rather than holding everything back.
What a usable quote must contain: part number, brand, package, quantity breaks (1+ / 100+ / 1000+), unit price including tax, MOQ, lead time (stock or order, in working days), alternative-part notes, quote validity, and payment/invoice terms. Missing any one of these costs you another round of email.
To get a faster quote: one part number per row, full part numbers (STM32F103C8T6 rather than “103C8”), package and tolerance for passives (0603/0805, 1%/5%), quantity with units, and a note on whether substitutes are acceptable. Screenshots and PDFs work, but manual entry adds one to two hours and risks typing errors.
Quote validity is normally 3–7 days, shorter for passives and metal-linked parts. Once you confirm quantities we lock the price, prepare the goods, and ship stock items the same or next day while ordered items follow the lead time on the quote.
