We are a spot supplier. Parts come from manufacturers, franchised distributors and reputable spot channels. For each part number we can provide the date code, batch info and photos of the original packaging, and third-party testing can be arranged on request (testing fee applies).

Yes. We have an office and stock in Huaqiangbei. Please call or message us in advance so the right colleague can be available when you visit.

Most ICs, connectors, switches and crystals start from 1 piece; small passives such as chip resistors, capacitors and inductors start from 100 pieces. The MOQ shown on each part page applies, and sample orders are welcome.

Prices shown are reference prices. The formal quotation is confirmed by quantity, date code and current market. Unit price drops with quantity; for backorder items price and lead time are quoted per order — we reply within 24 hours.

Yes — we can issue a 13% Chinese VAT special invoice or a general invoice. Tell us your invoicing requirement when requesting a quote and we will quote tax-inclusive prices.

Each part page is marked either In Stock or Backorder. In-stock items ship the same or next working day; backorder items follow the factory lead time shown on the page. Stock and lead times change daily, so please confirm before ordering.

Yes. Full reels, cut tape and loose parts are all available. Loose parts are supplied subject to stock, and cut tape keeps the original label and batch information.

Submit a BOM inquiry or an online sourcing list on the website; once sales confirms the quotation you can place the order. We accept company bank transfer, Alipay and WeChat Pay; long-term customers can arrange monthly settlement and annual framework agreements.

Orders over ¥500 ship free (demo rule — confirmed by sales). Small parcels go by SF Express or ZTO, larger shipments by freight; local Shenzhen pickup or same-day delivery is available.

Yes. Send us the parameters (capacitance / resistance, voltage rating, tolerance, package, temperature range, etc.) and we will recommend domestic substitutes or in-stock alternatives, explaining the differences and any risk.

Every shipment keeps batch records and can be traced by batch. If a part does not match the confirmed specification or date code, we accept returns or replacements; disputed cases can go to a third-party lab and are handled per contract terms.

Yes. We support samples, pilot runs and volume production, and can hold safety stock or set up annual framework supply for a project with volume-based pricing.

Use the English site to submit an RFQ and we reply by email with a quotation. Payment by TT in USD, and we can support export documentation such as invoices and packing lists.
